Shutterbugs is a family friendly, online community of photographers from complete beginners to seasoned pros. It doesn't matter where you're from or how much experience you have, whether you shoot digital or film, we welcome everyone.

Shutterbugs is an entirely FREE site. We don't charge to use our site or solicit donations from our users.

The photography Forum is the place to go to discuss photography, ask questions and interact with fellow photographers.

The Photography Course is our free eLearning area which features 3 courses covering Basic Photography, Darkroom Elements and Motion Media, with more courses planned for the future.

Community Camera

Community Camera is a fun project we started where we pass around unique items to photograph and disposable cameras with different themes. Just speak up in the photography forum if you want to get involved!

Photography Scrapbook

The Photography Scrapbook is where you can add different things such as multiple page photo documentaries, short stories, poetry, blogs and journals, even recipes.

Member's Portfolios

The Portfolio area is where you can add your best 8 photos. This area allows larger file sizes than what we have in the Photo Gallery.

You can also browse our Links section and add a link to your website. New links must first be approved before they will appear on the site, but we check them daily so you shouldn't have to wait long before it becomes available.
